This is the fourth Kirby we have owned since 1950, with the latest being a 25 year old Tradition. I expect the same service as I have always received from Kirby as we have never had a problem, ever.

The tech drive is excellent and one of the best improvements Kirby has done in years.

Pros	Cons
Excellent Cleaning, Micron-Magic Bags, Multiple Attachments. Tech-Drive, Kirby's lifetime agreement to rebuild.	On the heavy side, Noise. Shampoo system leaves a lot to be desired. Brush roll is stiff and agressive lots of carpet fluffing.
