How do you think the 1914 Cadillac you showed us from ebay on another forum would compare with the Dyson?!  (only kidding)

I share a Texas connection with you.  Lived in Houston for a year and 13 years in Fort Worth, where I graduated from TCU a long time ago!  Went from 6th grade through college bachelors degree in Texas.

Yesterday I visited with one of the owners of an antique store here about Airway, and he was stunned to learn Airway had shut down.  His father, assisted by his wife, sold Airways door to door in Amarillo, Texas, in the 1950's.

After reading some posts on another forum about the booklet "The Kirby Story," I came across the following that I thought might be of interest to some of us who post here:

Venson, I'm sure you've already read Mike W.'s excellent reply including history of Vita Mix/Vita Vac and their having contracted with Airway.  I certainly learned a lot from and appreciated Mike's reply.
