U should try out the new TriStar CS; it'll clean circles around a "Diesoon" (Dyson) anyday.  Dysons are pure JUNK & last less than a year; TriStar CS will very likely last forever.  A TriStar CS will pull a whopping 110" water lift (suction power) & a Dyson ("Diesoon") will only pull a 50" water lift.

So the TriStar always wins!  Every day, every test.  TRUE NO LOSS OF SUCTION & AIRFLOW WITH A TRISTAR! 

The TriStar uses a bag & made of durable magnesium; & Diesoon is bagless & made of cheap plastic

Even a Kirby Sentria (OLDER Kirbys [pre-G Series like Sanitronic, 516, Classic 1CR, Heritage, etc] are FAR BETTER PERFORMERS than a Sentria) will outclean a Dyson

I wouldn't touch a Dyson at all.

Hose parts are available for the EXL/MG/CS Series

I just replaced the EXL's motor with a Ametek/Lamb high-performance motor #115923 & it's more powerful than ever before. Now the problem is, I bought a 12ft electrified hose & the PN will NOT turn off, even when the hose handle switch is OFF. Hopefully removing the wand won't short-circuit & melt the hose handle and/or wand(s) or PN swivel? Is the hose handle switch faulty or are the wires not properly connected? The regular length hose handle switch works; but it's when I use the 12ft hose on the EXL.

Kirby (post-G Series only) is the WORST vacuum ever! The Sentria is even worse; it does a TERRIBLE job vacing. You'll be better getting a Sanitaire SC888. Even a 30+ yr old Kirby will outperform the new Sentria.

I thought my EXL had a VM3 motor; fortunately it has a Lamb (Ametek) 2-stage motor.

The HEPA motor filter fits my EXL's motor.

I guess the EXL is just as powerful as the old CXL.

So today I REALLY enjoy vacing the car with the EXL & MiniStar; connectilng the MiniStar to an extension wand makes vacing more comfortable.
