Well we had a lovely "lunch" combined dinner and just nice to be together. Though you're not supposed to take gifts along (other than food or drink) I took along my old Miele S571 as a parting gift to clean up the person's small commercial shop since their old Hoover finally bit the dust. Quite a nice little thing to give away I guess. Also bought the hostess a lot of Scottish fudge which she adores! Nice meal - sweet potatoes aren't something I have every day but I adored it! Love, love Pumpkin pie though!
