TTI/Royal moving to bigger digs . . .
Original Message   Feb 20, 2010 7:46 pm
Hi,

Following is a link to a brief article regarding Royal Appliance Manufacturing's distribution facility's move to larger space.

http://www.pe.com/rss/business/stories/PE_Biz_W_appliance19.3570995.html

The article is a little confusing in that the writer creditd Royal with ownership of Dirt Devil and Hoover and not TTI as being holder of all.

Hi Venson:

Thanks for posting the article.  Good to know.  Perhaps a sign of things to come:  More companies looking homeward to USA to expand and build new facilities.  Meaning economic times and events are also improving on the homefront!  According to business reports US industrial output is up for the 7th month.

The error you pointed out is somewhat typical and expected when a business news writers get into the technical brand details.  It's not important and/or relevant to them for the article.  It's filler/fluff.

Thanks Venson.  You're on top of things in the vacuum world.

Another Foreign Industrial Giant that puts smaller companies out of business getting TAX INCENTIVES for relocating while smaller companies make up the tax shortfall. In essence PAYING FOR THEIR OWN DEMISE. Sweet

The possibility here is that not many know TTi or wish to admit the little known Chinese company as the main owner. U.S editorials are still getting confused with who owns Volvo (before Geely take over) for example, often citing that it's GM because of their involvement with Saab.

Hello Lucky1:

Chinese are number one holders of our debt [aka US Treasuries], Japanese number 2.  They own the USA.  We are broke.  We have no money, except what we print.  As Jefferson said:  We become slaves to people who lend us money.  It's true for individuals and true for countries.
