Sale of Hoover Building in North Canton . . .
Original Message   Aug 10, 2007 10:10 pm
Below is a link to a brief but somewhat informative interview regarding negotiations for the sale of the building that housed Hoover.  You can hear it with either Real Player or Windows Media Player.  You also have the option of downloading it as an mp3 if you'd like to hold onto it for posterity.

Au contraire!  Hoover has been innovative.   The upright steam cleaners are a particularly good invention.  The bare floor cleaners are very nice.   Hoover became a sleeping giant.
Hoover has been dominant in Consumer Reports carpet cleaning tests for decades.  Hoover, unfortunately, went through a period of dismal leadership which led to the downfall.   I would bet that Hoover has considerably more patents than Dyson.

The smart tyrant writes his own story to ensure that it is favorable.  The lazy will repeat lines from the book without fact checking.
