Take five minutes - you will be glad you did
Retirement planning is not the go to behavior when we have a few spare minutes, but it might help next time you have five minutes to look at your future situation. If you are eligible for a tax-advantaged retirement account, make sure you are funding it.
The deadline is the end of the year or the tax filing date. Roth conversion is another option to consider. If you wait until the end of the year, too many other decisions will crowd your retirement planning off your todo list. While you have a breather, get your retirement house in order.
