IT's about time and I think I will be too soon as Marshall come in for work

The moderators do try to to be fair and understanding
There is an expectation of common courtesy.  In the past you have not been able to conduct yourself civilly so you were banned. You will continue to be banned, no matter what alias you use.

If you wish to become a member of this forum ever again you need to apologize sincerely and privately to Marshall.  Even then it does not look good for you as you threatened him.  ( I have read your post myself BTW so this is not second hand info)  I like to think that the members and moderators on this forum are very tolerant and forgiving.  That said there are limits and you have crossed the line and you brought this upon yourself with your actions.  If it was me I would not let you back even with an apology if you threatened me.  I cannot speak for Marshall but I have no doubts he has similar feelings.  I am writing this because I want the forum members to understand why we are not tolerating you being here anymore under any circumstances.

We will screen every new member from now on if we have to and it only takes a minute to do to find out it is you.

Please Goldrush, just move on.

I don't know what caused this, all I do know is that all the moderators have always been fair and extremely helpful.  Marshall has answered numerous questions of mine esspecially on the old site, and I thank him for that.  I do not remember there being so much annomosity on the old site as I have noticed here.  I think it is a shame that a forum as good as this one, with people trying to honestly help each other and exchange information, has to have it tarnished by a few.  Again, I don't know what transpired, but the moderators have my full support, not that they need it, and I applaud them for the job that they do.

Kind of a sad reflection on Goldrush (or whatever name he is currently flying under) that he has nothing better to do with his time than make negative posts.  If he weren't so rude, it would make you feel kind of sorry for the guy.
