A Variation of Drift Cutters
Original Message   Feb 17, 2005 1:49 am
This is attached to my messy Sears project:

The auger bucket height on this is only about 11". Someone (not me) skillfully engineered & fabricated a super nice looking auger extension for this machine made out of stainless steel. It really increases the amount of snow intake to take better advantage of the machine's working capacity.

Guys, THANK YOU for all the support & "help"!

Bidding made it to $316 - BUT, IMHO, for a 25 year old machine, thats a lot of $$$. Granted, I have about $150 in parts into it & lots of sweat & tears, but I can't put a price on that. I'm undecided as to what to do now, as I want it gone & outta my sight. I may sell it to the high bidder sans the auger extension & all the extra parts...
