Looks home made to me. I have seen vacuum attachments for some of those walk behind leaf blowers. Might be useful for getting into corners. Would love to see it in action.

Good for 2 inches of snow, or shredding of leaves.
It's not even self propelled. Useless for any good depth of snow.
Maybe it's a ice melter. It blows hot air in front to melt the snow.
