Removing clamp/clip of Honda fuel line

What is the correct tool to remove this clip off a honda fuel line.
It's not a circlip, slip nut, regular jaws plier...

I've never tried them, but it certainly looks like a plain old fashioned hose clamp plier should work. The ones that look like this:
