Thanks Denis. It's been a long haul but it's getting close to being finished. Had to get the bottom end rebuilt and just got the engine back last week. Now I have to rebuild the clutch and go through the re-assembly process all over again. Regarding the paint, I used several coats of black primer, many coats of Dupli Color bronze wheel paint and numerous coats of clear coat all in a spray cans. Turned out pretty good if I say so myself.
Yeah the clear makes the final touch, I found a new clear on the market recently , it' made by Krylon, it's call epoxy clear tough for outside use! It doesnt have a shinny look like laquer or others but it wont practicly not scratch...
