Adding more space

Anytime you add square footage to your home, the price for each one of those gained feet escalates. Excavation for a foundation can be very costly, as is changing and adding to the roof line. You will also want to factor in whether your HVAC equipment will be adequate with the addition of the new space, or will you need new units.
