Also, am I the only one who sees the fields overlap each other in the My account page.  It seems I only see this using firefox and not IE.   I have seen this be true at other sites as well.

I don't see it on Firefox or IE. I also never have timeouts or the problems you desribed with the URL/picture control thing. I would attemt a guess of clearing cache under the tools..options menu of FF but I have no idea if I am even close?

Yeah, I've cleared cache periodically at diff. times, doesn't seem to make a difference.  When I  try to post links, it make take 4 or 5 times to get it to work, or I just give up on it entirely.

That's strange. I am not haing the problem, fortunately. Surely Peter will read this and try to shed some light.

I don't know if it's something I done or not, but here goes...

I have clicked the login/logout button in the profile space, but sometimes when I go to post I can't because, "I'm not a member", but I check the list of members online and my name is there.  So I resign in.

At the top of your page/screen, there a button that says My Account, click it. In there, on the lower left is a box you need to check that says "keep me logged in". Do that and your problems will go away.

It's all ready checked.  Now what?  I checked that right after I joined.

But why would my name still be in the logged on box?

Boy, I'm not sure? If I click "logout" I have to log back in, in order to post.

I'm not sure what happens.  But it happened the other night when I was going to do a review on another chain saw.  My name was still in the online box, but I had to resign in to get it going.  Which reminds me I haven't got to that yet.  Chris booted me off the computer so he could play.
