Hey machine was working fine then the drive froze up and could not shift.... Like idiot I forced it and the forks jumped the friction hub... Got everything free and back together but the fork keep jumping the friction wheel hub and stays in reverse... Now the parts Manuel states the hub should have washers on forks.... Are these special retaining washers or is something not right elsewhere. Also the shaft is kind of sloppy in the bushing ... Need help fast boys another storm coming to RI in 2 days thanks

no its just a small spring that attaches to the lever underneath the dashboard.. the machine still moves and operates just fine

hey guys I have st824 932 series and the speed selector lever broke and it flopping around like a wet noodle. I looked and noticed a broken spring but for the life of me cant find how it hooks into the shaft of the lever . I looked in the service manual but doesnt show it too well .. please help me out boys! picture would help thanks!

that guy ripped you off!  I live in RI and would only trust my machine to Precision Power and Saw in Warwick !  Dealer in Ariens and Toro  !   Wow   $800.00  That must of hurt !
