If I was the "guy" a hundered miles out... I would call them to pick It up and tell then the situation, Than get them to agree for me to take it apartdue to the situation... Friiy Also.... I agree the throttle setting has no bearing on what you think it is suppose to do... Check your owners manual and see if it is doing what the MANUAL says it is suppose to do... Make sure you have a real problem...

Could it be that during assembly that someone bent that end of the auger and threw off the clearance? I would check to see if both sides measure the same... If everything is the same shouldn't both side throw leaking snow? Merry Christmas, Friiy

It could be that you have a small drop of frozen water in your carb. a Few flakes of rust from a old rusty gas can. Or a plugged fuel cap. Friiy

It's suppose to idle at low speed, It may be that your low speed jet is plugged on the carb..... Or the low speed throttle screw is backed out too far.. ( the screw is located on the throttle plate or on a ear of carb casting near the throttle plate and shaft.. Friiy
