Best cell phone?
We know thin is in…in absolutely everything including your cell phone. The public has voted with their wallets and it looks like the Razr from Motorola is a winner.
The under four ounce phone got a surge in popularity when a fifty dollar rebate was offered on the $150 phone. They’re a hot item at the phone kiosks, just to view them. Some people even keep them in their wallets…they are that thin.
To keep folks coming back, Motorola brought out more colors, first the silver, then the black and the girlie pink. This year we saw blue and magenta depending upon who you sign up with.
What’s the drawback? The batteries have to be thin as well and that means less longevity. With this kind of popularity, who is on the Razr’s trail? LG Electronics is backing their Chocolate phone that doubles as an iPod. More will follow as the holiday season nears. We’ll be chunkier but our phones will be thinner.
