Interesting!  I wonder what this 'Airvolution' technology is, deeper clean so it says!   The 'Freedom' Uprights looks light parts taken from the current PurePower\Dust Manager range (which has been around since the mid 90's!) and the base to the 'Slalom' Upright looks like it was taken from the Hoover Turbolite from the Late 80's\Early 90's!

The Slalom looks like it could be lite and compact!  Designs taken from the Hoover 'The One' range too!

Thanks for the link to the pictures of the DC22 etc...  Nice to see the DC01, DC02 and DC03 in the back ground!  The DC03 should make a come back with some improvements on it including the DDM!   You can see just how small the DDM is in comparison to a standard motor!

Didn't realise how big the filter on the DC22 is!

I was led to believe the only reason they used a metal soleplate on the DC15 was to aid movement and reduce friction!  Probably don't require it on the other ball models due to them being lighter!

I wished they had carried on the metal soleplate from the DC15 onto the others like the DC18, DC24 and DC25!
